Kudamono says "Hm..." He smirked softly, watching as she sipped his water, "Maybe I do."

Kudamono says He sighed faintly as she pulled away, but gave a friendly smile afterward. "It really does. I wish I could explain how much it means to me." Kuda nodded, watching as she took a sip of his drink. He smiled again in an amused manner. "Did it, now?"

Kudamono says He let his eyes rest only a moment upon their hands as they touched, blushing faintly afterward. "I'm really glad to hear it... Really." Kuda nodded, appreciative to have somebody who could stand behind him on the decisions he made. Even if it was nothing a dramatic as leaving for a long period of time, it make him feel better to have that support. "I think I can do that." He laughed softly, absolutely sure he wouldn't miss their trip for the world.

Kudamono says He couldn't imagine ever finding it necessary to refuse her touch; he let her do a she wished. "I can't make promises, because sometimes life likes to toss challenges my way and I may have to spend time dealing with whatever obstacles comes up..." Kuda answered honestly, "But it would help to have support, so I doubt I'll be gone long, if I should disappear again. But I appreciate you being so understanding." He smiled. "It's really reassuring."

Kudamono says "You are." He reassured her, mirroring her grin. Kuda laughed more shamefully afterward, as if embarrassed, "Uhm, yeah. Well..." He shrugged, "I'm going to try and do that disappearing thing less now. See how that works."
