Personality:
Thoth by first impressions is calm, kind and approachable, yet he often refrains from socializing and speaks very little; he prefers to observe the situation and wait for others to approach him with conversation, but he is eloquent and never with an ill thought out word. Mellow, gentle and a good listener, he enjoys both solitude and the company of his fellow Gods and Goddesses as well as Humans, both royal and common, as he believes there is always something to be learned from everyone and everything, even the wind and the flow of water.

Description:
Human appearance:
He would not be the first to come to mind of his brothers when naming someone "handsome," with an average height and his thin features and slight, angular face and tan complexion paled by time spent under the moon and stars or with scrolls and texts; he is lean, but there is a fine amount of muscle present on his narrow form. His eyes are a dark, enigmatic black-blue and have a vastness to them like the night sky, complemented by a kind yet slyly knowing smile. Silky black hair, with a shock of white, is kept fairly short with a few longer pieces towards the front - and very rarely without messy strands loosely arranged around his face - sometimes adorned with simple jewelry and crystals.

He doesn't claim to have a preference in clothing or jewelry, but he seems drawn more to pieces with a top - over one shoulder, or both. He wears more jewelry when performing his duties and less when relaxing or at social gatherings, but they all have crystals of power set into them, and the pieces are always worn with perfect symmetry. He wears simple sandals at times, but it's uncommon when he is out in the deserts, to be grounded and more connected to the world.

Animal appearance:
Thoth is known to take the form of a Sacred Ibis, and less commonly a Baboon. As an Ibis, he is easily recognized by the difference in stature and coloration - his feathers are primarily the ivory off-white color, with black tipped tail, wingtips, neck and head, and from across his chest all the way to over his shoulders to the second joint of the wings. He is considerably taller and larger than the common Sacred Ibis, at just shy of an average human height when standing tall.

Abilities:
Shapeshifting - like the rest of his family, he is able to shapeshift into various animals. He favors the Ibis over anything else, and is nearly always seen this way when met by mortals.
