Tanzanite, like most Panju, was born in the lovely little village of Jumboyo. But when she was very young, her adventurous parents took her with them to the Diamond Glacier Domain. They had been commissioned by the cartographer of Jumboyo to help hi create a more complete map of the Diamond Glacier. And so Tanzanite and her parents took a ship to the vastly unexplored Diamond Glacier, they boarded their ship on a warm sunny day. Their ship was named Koro.
After 2 weeks of traveling they finally neared the Diamond Glacier, unfortunetly they had been blown off course by a strong wind. They had unfortunetly neared a dangerous hidden bed or sharp, jagged rocks. Before they knew it the crew were flung forwards as they crashed onto the rocks. Luckily everyone managed to escape unscathed, but they were now stranded. The high winds and blizzards made comunication nearly impossible.
Tanzanite and her parents, and the crew had no choice but to live in this harsh enviroment. They found some caves, and using equipment brought in to dig for rock samples, they began to dig deep into the ground. On one of their many shifts the crew dug themselves into an underground lake, this they all realized would help them keep their food supplies from running out.
Over the 17 years the people of Jumboyo always wondered what had happened to the people of the good ship Koro, they wished dearly to know what happened to their friends and family. Rumours flew around, how they perhaps found treasure buried deep in the Diamond Glacier Domain, and they had run off to a private island where they now lived. Others thought grimly that they had run into a terrible storm, and that they had sunk and drowned.
No one could have guessed that they would ever get an answer, but on the anniversary of the Koro's dissaperance, a ship appeared on the horizon. The villagers all went to the docks to see what ship this was, then suddenly someone yelled in joy as they saw the name of the ship. It was the Koro, and aboard it was the crew. They waved and yelled out their excitment for finally being home.
There was a massive celebration for the return of the Koro and it's crew, the Chief of Jumboyo was glad that they had all made it safetly back, after 17 years of living in the Diamond Glacier. Amongst the partying there was one Misticpet who looked different, this was Tanzantie. She had been young when she had gone to the Glacier, and had evolved to survive in the harsh enviroment. Her fur was now tinted with blue, and shimmering crystals.
Her parents asked to see the cartographer, he came towards them, saying how glad he was that they were safe. And he continually apologized for having sent them on such a dangerous journey. They said that there was no need to be sorry, it had been a gread adventure. And that they had a gift for him. Tanzanite's farther reached into his bag and produced a map, a full map of the whole of the Diamond Glacier Domain. The cartographer was speechless as the celebrating continued.
