Personality: A flamboyant guy inside and out, there's not much more than what meets the eye. He does have his serious moments, especially when trying to save people, but even then, he still is just laughing and treating everything like a game. He knows his actions have consequences, but he believes that it's necessary.
Lucien started saving people by accident, but once he saw what he could do, he kept doing it. At first, he didn't know that saving people by changing their luck or by interfering would do anything, but even once he found out that doing so usually led to others dying in the world, he didn't want to stop. He feels that those he saves are capable of doing so much that they shouldn't die at an early age.
Sometimes he does abuse his power. Not much, but just sometimes here and there. He just wants to have fun, nothing wrong with that~ It's usually nothing serious--just a game of cards or the what not.
Lucien may have a lot of big talk, but if he can't run away from the danger, he's as good as dead. He's honestly no good in a fight, so it's best not to rely on him if it comes to that. At most, he might be able to screw with their luck a little, but that's about it, and even then, wouldn't be able to do it for a long time. Just long enough to get away.
