Silenius is a strange one. As his name suggests, he isn't much for talking. Being an unaging individual often hardens you to the world, and Silenius simply grew apathetic to it. He also grew distant, and cold.

If, per chance, you walk out on a cold night and see a strange individually brooding in the darkness, it may be Silenius.

Silenius is technically set in a time period equivalent to the 1920s era, but with a bit of the 50s and 60s mixed in. Being as he is immortal (can't die of old age), it easy to set him back to the 1800s, when he was born, or into the future.
