Few people he's met would describe him as particularly unpleasant - suspicious yes, and overly so, like he's spent a lot of time practicing lying through his teeth to a mirror to the point that truth and untruths both get mixed into the same smirky expression - but rarely is he openly threatening and anything but politely sarcastic. He speaks his mind very freely. Or wants you to think he does. He's easygoing to a fault up until there's actual threat of injury or death at stake.
After his unceremonious boot off the throne of the criminal vigilante underworld, for which he claims he is not at all still bitter about, that he and a few accomplices forged for themselves from nothing but determination and mysterious, haunting pasts, he merrily lives to confuse the masses and enjoy life. It's getting a bit boring.
