Noah's extremely street smart and a good swindler. He can easily read people to figure out the best way to scam them. His favorite method is cards, because he's good at card counting and hiding extra cards up his sleeve. He prefers receiving cash to valuables, but accepts both since anything shiny keeps Aeron quiet. He's almost always grinning or smirking and seems to be two steps ahead of anyone else. He's not above a low blow and often uses black mail to get what he wants.
Noah's intelligence helped him climb the ladder in a local gang and quickly put the gang in the top spot in the city. He has eyes everywhere and controls almost everything.
