I think it might be good if I start keeping a journal. I doubt they'll like it, so I'll have to write while they're not here, which isn't often. To anyone reading this, I'm glad you found my journal. They call me Mathew to my face and Project 120.A when they think I'm not listening. I've been in this building for as long as I can remember. Others have come and gone from the two rooms by mine. Some say they want to get back "outside." I don't know what this outside is, or if it even exists. My world is made up of this building, me, those like me, them, and the stuff they give me. I know this is brief, but they're coming so I must go. I hope I can explain more later.

I'm here, back. I don't have much time, so this may be confusing. They're all in white suits covering their whole body. We're all given weird-colored drinks. They take us out of our empty white rooms, connected by windows, to larger white rooms filled with flashing things I don't understand. They poke us, look inside us, make us sleep, and write about us. When we awake we have cuts we didn't have before. I'm- gotta go.

They've been watching me more than normal. I'm dreaming of weird things and faint oddly often. The rooms beside me are empty. I'm alone, scared, and starting to question things. Them, this place, the weird drinks, and my sanity. I hear footsteps.

I don't know anymore
Fear's gripping me so tightly I want to scream. I just got out of one of the other rooms. They didn't give me enough drink to make me sleep, and I heard them talking. We're all experiments. The drinks they give us change us. They cut us when we're asleep to pour weird things into us. They're not only trying to change us physically but also mentally. They're trying to make the perfect species. They've had 119 projects before me, and all have died. I'm now their main specimen. I've survived more than the others. I'm different than the 119 before me. Soon they're going to try giving me the "main test." The "final part." I have to escape. Now.

There are cameras in my room. They've seen what I've written. I fear there's nothing more I can do. My only hope is this journal. I don't know what to do anymore...

I survived the final experiment, or what I went through of it. More than half, I'm sure. I'm now part monster. I can think of no better word. At random times I go insane. I just lose control and watch as someone else takes it. I lost control in the experiment room and killed them. Any of them that stood between me and freedom. Outside is great, but I fear the next time I lose control I'll hurt innocent people. I can't live out here. I'm a monster with a bone-tipped tail growing out of me. Someone, save me...

Hellooooo. This is the final entry. It's been six years since I last wrote in here. I've changed. I'm not the weak, confused boy you hope to save and maybe feel sorry for. I'm not gonna give it to you slowly. I'm an assassin now. I've joined a group of killers known as Eclipse. The leader saved me from hiding five and a half years ago. He's my savior. My lord. Okay, my boss. He's made a liquid that keeps my monster side at bay. That's right, this isn't the monster writing. Surprise~
At first my leader called me Matthew Exhibition, so I took on the alias Exhibit. Quite fitting, if I do say so myself. Almost everyone in Eclipse has their own name for me, though. Most of the names have to do with my obsession with killing. I don't know why I don't just burn this thing... oh well. Maybe someone will read the first entries, get attached to me, and die a little inside when they read this last one. That would make me happy.
