Nepeta had waited long and hard for him to arrive in her dreambubble. She could picture everyone else but her moirail being there, and she was left for the first few times of her existence drawing his features over and over again.

Until the day that she saw the odd-looking furry thing, its front claws blue like the blood of her Moirail. She couldn't believe her eyes as it approached her and then just slumped into her lap, snuggling up to her. She spent many minutes snuggling him up to her and crying for his poor self into it's soft, silky fur. Black to white, still blue-blooded all the same...Equius was hers now; nothing could ever take him away now.
