Sniffed me out now, did ya? Not bad, it takes quite a bit to find me, but don't think I'll just let you capture me like that. ... What? You don't even know who I am? Good for me then, always nice to meet new potential customers. I am a soul hunter, you see. Ever need a soul? Any or specific? I'm the dog to ask. Work as a bounty hunter too. Sadly this also means I have a bit of a bounty on my head as well, but I manage. And trust me it is much more profitable to work with instead of against me. Hmm? You wonder what exactly I am? Before you jump to conclusions, I am neither a Demon nor a Reaper. Met a few though, interesting folk, confirms that one should not believe all rumors that are flying 'round. Anyway, I'm not anything specific, but I guess I'd be close to something like a Reaper. Why I do this job? Because I can and it works for me. Do I feel bad about it? Nah, life comes, life goes, what does it matter if it was me, an illness, or a bakrotu. What's a bakrotu you ask? Hope that you never find out. I'm not all bad though, I am helping some souls too. I can easily sniff out those sorrowful and broken, lost souls, sometimes close to falling apart. If they allow me, I devour them. But that doesn't mean they are gone, they stay with me, live on, while I draw the sorrow from them. You see, I happen to feed off sorrow. It might not be best case scenario, but it's not worst either. I give them comfort, maybe not for the most noble of reasons, but it works for us. So I am not that bad of a guy. Well, I better be off now, wouldn't want them hunters finding me. What's that? My name? Now that wouldn't be smart to give away, would it? But to my clients and hunters I am known as the Convicted Soul Hunter. Hope to see you again, preferably as customer rather than target.
