Personality: Amoenna tends to become uneasy and a bit nervous around male strangers, as she hadn't had much interactions with them due to the Light Bringers only having a few male guards. However, once she gets to know new people, she warms up to them and opens up, even though it takes a while.
History: Before disaster struck, Amoenna and her older sister, Lusinga were apart of a mysterious traveling group known only as the Light Bringers who were said to use light magic though they rarely used this gift as they were mostly healers, traveling far and wide to help those in need of assistance. The Light Bringers consisted of females, although there were a couple males that were acting as guards, and were of many different types and species. All was well over the years until two strange dragons attacked the group in the middle of their travels in a surprise attack that caught them off-guard. Before the Light Bringers could counter-attack, two dragons, Celaeno and Windchill used a combination of cursed blizzard-like wind and shadow magic to overpower and eliminated most of the Light Bringers except for Amoenna, Lusinga and a few others, in a few sweeping strikes. Immediately leaping into action, Amoenna and Lusinga used their light magic as a weapon to try and force the shadows away from them and the others, who were slowly being twisted into nightmarish versions of themselves. Lusinga tells Amoenna to flee, but Amoenna, being stubborn, didn't want to leave her sister to deal with the dragons, but the slight lapse in concentration weakened the light magic. However, in that brief moment that her sister took her eyes off the two dragons, the shadow magic cut through the momentary weakened light magic and enveloped Lusinga as she pushed her younger sister out of the way. Scared for her sister, Amoenna attempted to used her light magic to pierce through the shadow in order to reach Lusinga, but from the quick pulses of light that she fired into the sphere of shadows, she got glimpses of Lusinga slowly turning into the same nightmarish version that the other survivors were turning into. It was only after an shadow-based attack by the newly transformed Lusinga that caused her to flee into the night, leaving her as the last of the Light Bringers. After all that, Ami, as others call her, has a fear of shadow-based magic, as watching her sister transform from beautiful daydreamer to a twisted nightmare creature, called a Nightwalker, scarred her. From somewhere deep insider her, she got the courage to stand up and be strong in order to try and find others to help her stand up to the two dragons and her nightmarish sister.
